We’re building out our crew at Lahout’s Lincoln Ski & Snowboard Shop for the 26/27 winter season and looking for seasonal sales associates.
If you know your way around a ski + snowboard wall, love good mountain energy, and don’t mind early storm chatter in October...you’ll fit right in.
From boot fittings to ski & deck selections, we’re looking for those who take pride in helping fellow mountain friends get set up for the snowy season.

Job Description:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager by overseeing retail operations, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow from a Sales Associate, Key Holder, or Retail Supervisor position into full-time retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
● Deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor
● Monitor goals and motivate team members to meet performance targets
● Oversee inventory control, restocking, and visual merchandising
● Assist in training, scheduling, and mentoring new hires
● Help manage daily staff performance with a focus on retail sales and efficiency
Qualifications:
● Retail, sales, or customer service experience
● Experience in a supervisory or team leader role is a plus
● Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
● Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
● Interest in ski gear, outdoor apparel, or the Lahout’s brand is welcomed but not required
